A rewritten and bug reduced general polygon clipper (only for odd/even winding) is available.The code at the university is bad and they donot want to release the
documentations.
send a mail if you want the code in c++(actually mostly c).

Recently it was reported that the strip generation code is faulty at the last step.Contact the license manager for a complete writeup on murtas method.
